Emergencies and toothache

If you are experiencing a dental emergency during surgery hours, please phone the practice as early as possible and we will endeavour to see you that day. We have two emergency clinics per day for our valued registered patients; emergency appointments will only be released 24 hours in advance.

Out of surgery hours, Soar Valley Dental Practice provides its registered patients with an out-of-hours callout service. Please telephone the practice and follow the instructions given on the answerphone. You will be put in touch with the ‘on-call’ dentist who will advise and treat you if necessary. Please note there is a callout fee for this service which will need to be paid to the duty dentist.

Patients who are members of one of the practice’s care plans may be able to claim for emergency treatment, please contact the practice and speak to one of the team for information and advice on this.
