New patient experience

On your first visit we will spend time getting to know you, ask you questions about your medical history and make sure you are well-informed about your treatment plan. Following this, a thorough oral examination will be conducted and x-rays taken.

The dentist will show you your mouth with the intra-oral camera to help you understand the recommendations they make. We will then go through all your treatment options and explain the differences in treatment choices to ensure that you are well informed about your treatment plan. If you have any questions regarding any part of your treatment plan, we will be happy to answer them and help you fully understand.

If you are nervous about your dental treatment, we endeavor to make your experience as relaxing as possible. Come into our practice and have a chat with one of our care coordinator’s about your treatment plan, away from the dental chair. You may listen to the music of your choice or watch a DVD during your treatment.
