• We believe that prevention is better than cure, so we encourage and motivate our patients to do all they can do to look after their mouths.
• We believe that patients should be fully informed about the state of their oral health and the choices available to them, and thus to participate fully in all decisions affecting them.
• We recognise that many patients do not enjoy visiting the dentist. We will do all we can to make the visit as relaxing and comfortable as possible, providing a fast, efficient, painless service and giving our patients the time to make them feel in control.
• We believe that everyone has a right to a beautiful smile – the appearance of our patient’s teeth is important to us.
• We believe in teamwork. Each and every one of the team has a part to play in the efficient running of the practice and the care and comfort of our patients. We recognise that our actions affect others and do our best to fulfill our responsibilities whilst helping others freely and willingly when required.
• We will keep ourselves and the practice at the forefront of the dental industry, constantly updating our knowledge by continuing professional development and investing in new techniques and technology.
• We feel that our patients deserve the best treatment available, and we feel that this is best delivered outside of the NHS, on a private basis.
• We recognise that not all patients can afford private care. In order to provide as wide access as possible, we will accept children under 18 years old and those adults exempt from paying charges on the NHS.
